Bonus: Guru Rinpoche Mantra

Another common mantra you might like to use is the Guru Rinpoche mantra:

om a hung – benza guru pema siddhi hung

Guru Rinpoche, also called Padmasambhava or Lopon Rinpoche, was an 8th century Indian Buddhist master who is venerated for his transmission of Buddhism to Tibet. Guru Rinpoche is famous for subjugating powerful obstacles to the spread of the dharma throughout Tibet. When we recite his mantra we invoke his power to overcome obstacles to the growth of the dharma.
