Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by YoWangdu, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), including www.yowangdu.com, and any other current or future websites we own or operate (collectively, the “Sites”), as well as our travel information and referral services. By accessing or using our Sites, you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically; please review them regularly.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and digital downloads, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly permitted, you may only use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any material without written permission from YoWangdu, LLC.

Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any content, products, services, or practices of these third-party sites. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

User Submissions

We appreciate your feedback but do not accept unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials (“Submissions”). If you send us Submissions despite our policy, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute these Submissions without compensation or notification to you.

Forums and Community Guidelines

Our Sites may provide interactive areas such as forums, comment sections, or reviews (“Forums”). You agree not to post material that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or solicits business. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these guidelines.

By posting in our Forums, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use your comments or posts in any medium without compensation to you.

Registration and User Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration or access to our Sites if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Travel Referral Services and Third-Party Travel Partners

Our Sites provide travel information and allow you to submit inquiries to request travel planning assistance. Based on your inquiry, we may refer you to one or more independent, third-party travel agencies or operators (“Travel Partners”) who are not owned, controlled, or operated by YoWangdu, LLC.

  • We are not a tour operator. YoWangdu, LLC does not itself book, arrange, or provide travel, accommodation, transportation, or guiding services. Any travel services are provided directly by the Travel Partner under their own separate terms, pricing, and policies.
  • No guarantee of Travel Partner conduct. We do not control and are not responsible for a Travel Partner’s services, pricing, availability, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, or conduct. Any agreement you enter into for travel services is solely between you and the Travel Partner.
  • Permits and travel documents. Travel to the Tibet Autonomous Region and other parts of the Tibetan plateau requires special permits and documentation. Obtaining and maintaining valid permits, visas, and travel documents is your responsibility and/or your Travel Partner’s, as agreed between you. We make no guarantee that any permit or document will be approved or issued in time for your trip.
  • Assumption of travel risk. Travel, particularly at high altitude and in remote regions, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to altitude sickness, weather disruptions, road conditions, and changes in regional travel regulations. You assume these risks when booking travel through a referral made via our Sites.

Disclaimers

Our Sites and their content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or complete accuracy of information. We disclaim liability for damages resulting from your use or reliance on our Sites.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will we or our licensors or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites, your reliance on Site content, or your engagement with any Travel Partner referred through our Sites — including damages arising from a Travel Partner’s services, cancellations, or conduct. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to YoWangdu, LLC for access to the Sites.

No Professional Advice

Content on our Sites, including travel guidance, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as professional advice in travel planning, financial, medical, psychological, legal, or other fields. Always consult a qualified professional — and your Travel Partner — for specific advice related to your trip and circumstances.

Parental Permission

Our Sites are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should have parental consent to use our Sites.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be subject to mediation in California. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
